Mint Typing was established in August 2007 by Michelle Freedman. In Michelle’s own words, “the business has developed organically, year on year. “I was asked by a friend to assist with some typing work for an inventory company and the work has continued to ‘snow-ball’ ever since”.
Michelle is certain that the secret to Mint Typing’s success is largely a result of companies no longer wanting to maintain full-time, on-site secretarial support.
The majority of Mint Typing’s business is derived from inventory companies and chartered surveying companies, where Michelle and her pool of efficient and highly trained typists assist in typing a range of audio and written reports.
Notwithstanding the significant amount of inventory reports undertaken, Mint Typing is well-placed to assist with typing work of any genre.
Michelle continues that “I always try to be as competitive as possible and pride myself on returning the work to our clients on time and with every attention to detail”. “All of the work we undertake is treated in the strictest of confidence and none of our work is sent back to the client without being rubber-stamped by my self or another member of my senior administration team”.
